Episode 41 - Recovery from Disordered Eating

This week’s guest went from being a yo-yo dieter most of her life until she switched to a ketogenic diet in February of 2017. When she began eating intuitively, she was able to really tune into whether or not she was actually hungry, and be mindful of how she felt before and after consuming food. The key for her was tuning into how she felt physically and emotionally towards the food. Recently, she has quit her job to start her business and share what she has learned with anyone who could benefit, and today we will be discussing a very important topic with her—and that is mindful eating.
