It utilizes the rower and your body weight. If you do not have access to a rower, it may not be the right choice. Why the rower? Because rowing when done with proper form, rowing is the perfect full body workout that can be done at all levels of intensity pretty much every day without risking injury or impact on your joints. You will row a minimum of 100,000 meters over this month, depending on how many meters you cover on the timed pieces.
