This template is designed for lifters with a few more years of training under their belt (2-3+). Of course, these are just guidelines, as some lifter progress more quickly than others. There is an added lifting day, and you will also see options for certain exercises. This program is great for lifters who want to put on some muscle, but have some interest in some strength and muscular endurance as well. It is a 4 day a week lifting program for 10 weeks.
