I have always leaned toward athletic performance, strength and power. However, I have always wanted to look jacked as well. Here one of the many permutations of my powerbuilding training style. As time has progressed, I have shifted over more to the bodybuilding side of it, and the wave of training I am posting here is an example of just that. Most of the time, I have a very “no frills” approach to my training. With this program, I began to test out some of the things I have learned from Ben Pakulski. It is a 4 day lifting program that can be used for 8-12 weeks.
This program is different from my other programs in that the workouts do not change over the weeks. It was written for you to consistently do the same workouts and develop the skill to maximize your muscle contractions at every length of the contraction. Keep that in mind before you purchase it.
